Here are three easy steps to listen to archived Podcast shows on your PC or Mac via iTunes and/or iPod:

Step 1: If you don't have iTunes, download iTunes (for both PCs and Macs) at Mac.com:
 

Step 2: Open iTunes and click on the iTunes Store link in the left column:
 

Step 3: Now find the SEARCH window in the upper right corner.
 

Type this name of the show, such as Law of Attraction Talk Radio.

In your search results, you'll see Law of Attraction Radio Network and see the individual shows associated with the network and a "Subscribe" button on your favorites. Click on the "Subscribe" button, and you'll automatically receive all of past shows in iTunes following their airing. 

 

Or you can simply click on each host's page media player (itunes) and it will take you to the place where you can subscribe to that particular show.
